How do you stay so strong seeing your baby in NICU? She's only 3 days old & im tired of starring at her through an class. I want to hold her so bad. She's only 2 pounds & she so feisty 😪❤️ I'm ready to bring my baby home. It feel so wrong to be in my bed with out her. This is gonna be a long 3 months

It was hell to see my baby there. But she was doing so well and tbh, praying is what kept me going. She is truly my everything. My miracle baby ❤️

It's definitely a unique experience, not for the faint of heart. You can handle it though, God wouldn't have given you the job if you couldn't.  Continue to be there for her in every way you can, talk to her a lot, she knows you are there and knows your touch and sound and even smell. See if you can sleep with a small cloth in your bra and leave it in her incubator for comfort! This too shall pass and you'll be so proud of your strong girl for pulling through a tough time with flying colors!

My daughter was in the NICU for 2 months exactly and got 2 surgeries in those 2 months. Honestly, one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. You just have to keep reminding yourself that she's exactly where she needs to be to get healthy. Stay strong and good luck mama!

Never had a NICU baby, but a suggestion to help you cope would be to ask the hospitals social worker if there's some sort of support group they have/know about, for parents of preemies in the NICU. Also, I just did some research for class on this subject and The Graham Foundation can get you set up with a mentor, I believe, to have someone to talk to. I'm sorry you're going through this!
