Fatigue!

So I work 2 jobs during the week and have a very amazing 3 year old boy. Fatigue has hit me hard!!!! Like I feel drugged. I didn't know if most of you guys are giving into the fatigue and sleeping or just chilling on the couch or are you pushing past it? My husband let me sleep in till like a few minutes ago and I feel kind of guilty :-(
