Hi guys I work from home 930pm-6a... I have a one month old and I'm trying to come up with a schedule when it comes down to pumping and breastfeeding. I feed him formula twice a day and give him breast for all of the other feedings. That now has to change because I start working tomorrow. He sleeps heavier with formula so I will definitely give him that around 8pm.. My issue is figuring out if I should pump at night or during the day. I'm a single mom so I have to make sure it accommodates me a little so that I can get a little bit of sleep. Suggestions anyone? It's like I want to give him formula all night so while I'm working it's not much noise then it's like I want to give it to him during the day so I can get some rest... Arghh pls help!
