Bulging or herniated disc?

Question

Any ladies on here with either of those issues? I'm in good shape and quite active but have suffered from cronic back pain for quite a few years now. I have 3 bulging discs that don't ever seem to heal and on 3 occasions in the past 6 years I herniated one of them on 3 separate occasions. Anyone else with these problems get pregnant? Did the pain get worse? Doctor recommendations?

I've had issues with my back for 14 years. Lots of time there are herniated and I've even had one rupture a few years back. I'm now 37weeks and have really only just started having back aches. I've been trying to stay active which I think helps. But if you start to feel anything out of the normal you should go see a physical therapist.

I've been pregnant 4 times I don't think it world affect fertility.  I have siatic nerve pain it hurts so bad! ! I've had it as far back as I can remember I've been told my spine is slightly curved at the bottom I'm wondering if I pinched a nerve or herniated disk but I'dk out hurts if I stand way to long and in my pregnancy it hurts all the time if I'm siting on a hard surface too long it will hurt my doc just said lose weight or should help but it began when I was 18 and I'm 27 now so I don't think it's my weight

I am a physical therapist... Can't really give general advice because people/injuries are so different, but I suggest going to see a physical therapist locally! Most places require a doctors script for insurance to cover it so I would ask your doctor (ob or general practitioner) about it.

I was wondering the same thing. I have three herniated discs from an accident 6 years ago that never healed. I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant and pain is getting worse 😩
