TTC ANY TIPS

I had my implant took out this year 5th of July and I've been trying to fall pregnant since, me and my partner slept together when I thought I was ovulating this month, I'm just waiting for my period now but it's too early to test now I think? really want a baby, we're so excited. Help girlsssss:)
