Can you still have real contractions before your water breaks? Like pain and all? Walking at a small festival today & I had some serious, blinding, intense pain wrap all the way around my lower stomach and back, and my stomach tighten. I had to stop, and even screamed a little. I grabbed my husband's arm and squeezed like hell. It lasted just about 10 seconds. Then again in Walmart a few hours later, but not as painful or as long. But I couldn't move until it stopped. In addition to it happening last week in my kitchen while cooking. I had to grab ahold of the counter and bend over. Then after about two breaths it was gone. It's happened 3 times over the course of a week, give or take. Drs office for paperwork tomorrow but my appointment isn't until Tuesday.
