pre-seed????

Hi lovely ladies! I'm TTC for baby number 2. It took 3 years of trying to get our beautiful daughter and now that she's almost 5, we're just dipping our toes in to trying again. My question is about this pre-seed stuff. Is it supposed to be better than using nothing at all? I generally don't use lubricant at all so I wasn't sure if this was better than natural or just better than alternative lubrication methods. Thanks!
