Post partum pain 😣

I am 23 days post partum and i have this terrible pain, it feels like theres a ton of weight hanging from my clitoris. It hurts when i go pee, pretty sure its not a uti cause i dont have the urge to pee all the time. But i have this pain at the top of my lady parts where my clitoris is and it didnt start until like a little over a week ago. I also have a ton of yellowish discharge coming out. Im a little itchy down there also. Wish my privates would be back to normal, did anyone have the same pain and why? I feel like i could enjoy my baby so much more if i wasnt in this pain all the time.
