Is it weird that every time me and my boyfriend have sex that I have a funky smell and white discharge the next couple days?

Well a good question would be is it protected or unprotected? Regardless the "after math" of sex will not smell good. There's lots of dried up cum, weather its yours or his. Give it a while and shower after. Then later on that night, or the next morning shower again. But that doesn't mean go scrubbing your vagina because you have to be really careful how you clean your vaginal area. Also, there's a possibility that the white discharge is from the sex. You have to remember having sex bring more discharge then normal which is actually really annoying. But white discharge can also have multiple reason.. yeast, ovulation, period may be coming, or period just got off, etc ... there's a lot of helpful websites that can clear up what certain discharge colors may be.
