1 months and 3 weeks late!

The last period i got was on the 18th of sept and ive tooken several preg test all neg. My cycle is very regular 25-26 days. Went to the doc and did a urine. Neg. So now i have to wait till dec to go back to my doc. Im not having much symptoms except, cramping, nausea sometimes at night, creamy and watery discharge and small little bumps on my boobs that are. Tender. Anybody else like this???
