jumpy baby

Hi ladies, my DS is 11 weeks old and has become super jumpy, if you sneeze, there's a loud noise or something/someone appears in his eyeline when he's not expecting it he gets really upset and jumps and cries and can be inconsolable. Anyone else experienced this?
