don't know what to do

Now that I'm pregnant, my dog is not the same anymore. He's grumpy, he's rebellious, he gets jealous VERY easily, like if my boyfriend try's to talk to my belly, kiss me, hug me, etc .. he comes and butts in and try's to break it up, my dog stares at me too and literally watches my every move, he glares at me like he's mad at me, and I have no idea what to do!!! He gets love, he gets walks, he gets treats... like wtf else am I supposed to do.. he's making me feel like I'm a bad dog owner just cause I'm pregnant. If this is happening NOW, I'm scared to see what's gonna happen when the baby actually arrives!!
