I've never heard of this sending people into labor but if it has something to do with the cinnamon, why not boil cinnamon sticks in water with a bit of sugar to sweeten? It's really yummy!

I made mine but instead of using milk I used 4 cups of water, added cinnamon & the next morning had cramps but I didn't go into labor. Ik people who have though.
