Daycare breastmilk struggle again

Baby vomited breastmilk frozen from three days ago at daycare. They heated to 98 degrees. Fed one ounce, burped, fed another ounce he vomited.

They fed milk from one month ago, frozen thawed to 98 degrees and he did fine twice with that.

breastmilk looked crystallized slightly from three days ago. I know i kept it temp controlled. They said when they thawed it it was chunky.

I thawed some at home tonight and it was not chunky and had absolutely no smell.

So is the milk bad or not?

He has a cold could post nasal drip have caused vomiting this am?
