Tired of being called old

I am 38, this is my first pregnancy, I waited (gasp) on purpose to become pregnant. I am sick of going to the doc and being told how old I am. Yes I get it, I am twice the age of many pregnant women. I get it I have a higher risk, BUT do I really constantly need to be reminded? I have enough worries running around in my own head!
