38+6 labor pains or??

Ive been timing my contractions for almost 2 hours now.. no bloody show or mucus plug. Just excruciating contractions along with back pain & vaginal pressure plus pain in my thighs. Just bounced on my ball and took a walk and timed these, im about to take a hot shower and see what happens. Do these look like real labor or false labor?? Thanks in advance..in so much pain..😩
