I feel bad is this normal?

My baby who will be 3 MO in a few weeks. Has been sneezing and coughing here and therr i think she might be sick. Im a FTM and anyone else baby been through that? I keep her warm all the time i have taken her out but i make sure her outfits are warm and have blankets. 😕 idk i feel bad i feel like i haven't tooken care of her like i should. Now shes sick.

If she's sick it's okay. It helps build the immune system. If Se gets really congested you can gets a vicks baby rub, use it during the day on chest and back not near babes nose though. You can also get the vicks vapo pad vaporizer, works well for us at night for extended use. And saline nose drops works for us as well. I also give my daughter Tylenol or motrin if she's coughing a lot or very congested cuz I think of how I feel and I know when I'm congested my head kills me so I figured she may have the same feeling. If it gets really bad though go see your Dr or if babe gets a fever. I took my daughter to the Dr on the 28th just to make sure her cough was okay, by the 2nd she had a fever suddenly of 100.9 and I called my Dr's office and her and my son were seen because he had a fever of 101.2, it turns out my daughter had a double ear infection and my son had pneumonia. They both only had a cold. Thankfully they're on antibiotics now and are doing much better. Listen to your mommy gut. It won't steer you wrong.
