can't take it anymore!!

How do you mom's keep up with baby and house cleaning and sleeepless nights and cooking. Right now my house is a mess. I have to clean up everything and then cook and of course feed my 9 month old. She doesn't really like eating. So it takes me an hour to feed her. And then have to pump. She didn't latch and I am left to pumping. Are your homes spotless clean and dinner is always served on table? How do you mind do it. Yes I am a SAHM. But I am just loosing it today. I love my daughter but she won't sleep at night. She wakes up 5-6 times. My husband does help but he leaves at 8am for work and comes at 7pm. This is one of the days where I feel like I am done.
