For my mom's who have been through a mc :(

So on September 21 I found out I miscarried at 6w6d (i was suppose to be 9w3d by lmp). On October 4 I started the natural miscarriage process (yah it kills me that my body held my dead fetus inside me for so long :( ). Today, November 9 I have had the worst cramps, they feel like contractions-last about 2 min in intensity then go away and come intermittently throughout the day. I got a period this month November 1-4 so I am about to start ovulation but my period cramps and what not are not contraction like pains and I just want to know if anyone else who has been through a mc has had anything like this happen.....
