Threatened micarriage

On Tuesday night before going to bed, I noticed some brown spotting, I was terrified so went to the hospital. I would be 6 weeks pregnant. The hospital did internal exams and a blood test. I was told that my womb was closed and that due to the spotting, it was classed as a threatened miscarriage, nothing else. They told me to go home and I don't need to come back because if I miscarry, there is nothing that they can do. When waking up on Wednesday, I started to bleed heavy and was passing clots. I am continuing to bleed and have abdominal pain. I'm terrified. I started off thinking it is over, I still deep down think that I am but am praying that it is something else and everything will be fine 😢 has anyone been through anything similar? I know I am living in a dream world. I have another blood test tomorrow morning, my levels should double, if not, it's likely that I have lost my baby. I'm just so devastated 😭
