Baby born with teeth?

Can this be true? My sister in law said when one of her daughtera was born she was born with teeth i was like that can't be true? She said due to alot of calcium. But nah i still don't believe it. My baby is about 2 MO she keeps drooling alot with bubbles my mom said something about her teeth. But i was like that's normal for babies. Who knows just wanted to put this out there maybe its true or not. I understand some babies will get there teeth first then others.
