IM GOING CRAZY PLEASE HELP!!!

Okay so yesterday I took 3 test all were positive I went to the doctor to confirm but they said my test came back negative my period is 5 days late and I told them about my abdominal pain and missed period and they said "well your period must be coming that's what the pain is" I was in shock I was there for 7 hours I know deep down inside I'm pregnant. When I left I told my fiancé and we just took another test and got another positive. What the heck is going on!!!  Am I pregnant or not!!!!!
