fenugreek
Can you take too much of this? I'm taking fenugreek to help produce more milk so I can freeze it then dry my milk up because breast pumping is way too difficult. Trying to get a good supply built up before stopping. My friend takes 3 tablets like 6 times a day. She says it's a natural vitamin so it can't hurt you. The serving size is 1 tablet a day though. Can you take as many as you want?
