We've been trying for 1.5 yrs unsuccessfully, and until now he's been very hesitant to go to the dr about it. I think it's just a pride thing, like he doesn't want to have himself be the problem. He has a hydrocell(sp?) on his testicle, that itself shouldn't effect fertility but it's becoming painful for him. I know this is random but I am so happy we are finally doing something. 

*note that I don't have a family dr, can't find one here, and I can't get a gyno appt without referral from family dr.
