When should I start testing with opks?

I have some opk test strips & I also have 10 digital ones coming in on Saturday. When should I start testing? I just finished my period Wednesday(11/9). I figured since I have a bunch of the strips, I'd go ahead & start taking them everyday then when I start seeing some lines then do the digital opk. My average cycle has been around 27 days or so. Also, what's the best time of the day to take an opk?

I also ordered Preseed so I'm trying to figure out when I should start using that also.

I'm taking Clomid to induce ovulation, but my Dr recommended starting on Day 12 just in case it's early (though this month I was late, showing positive OPK on Day 19). Good luck!

I'm curious to see what others say! I'm doing the same - using cheaper tests first. I started using the clear blue on CD 11 to be safe.
