Anyone else think boys are hella indecisive?

BOYS PISS ME OFF. This I've liked for a while knows I like him as of recently. When I told him, he said he kind of likes me too but would like to remain friends for a while. I was totally cool with that. Last week he sent me a mirror nude, and I sent one in return. That's where it ended, we never brought it up which was fine, but I got curious so today I asked him about it over text. He's a good guy!! Which is why him sending the pic made me think "woah, maybe this means he wants something more". He said that he doesn't want a relationship again, and then followed with "I only think of you as a friend". Wtf right? He sent the pic first, I didn't think that was him saying "just friends". I told him that, to which he said "then maybe be shouldn't be just friends". After more talking, another "we should stay friends."  MAKE UP YOUR MIND 

I see a lot of "love my boyfriend so much" and "i got engaged!" but i want a chat where we can complain our hearts out. No hard feelings, just get shit off your chests.
