I need advice :) -tmi btw!!! Sorry ladies

So two days ago I started spotting pinkish brown for not even a day and a week before this happened I took two dollar store pregnancy tests they came up negative. But since I had the pinkish brown incident I've been throwing up randomly, not sleeping, my nipples are sore and I've had heartburn on and off. I'm supposed to start ovulating tomorrow..... so idk if I should test again or wait and or what could be causing these symptoms....

Any advice would be great :)
