I've been exclusively pumping for 7 weeks now. All of the sudden yesterday, my left breast was sore and there was a lump. I figured it was a clogged duct. I kept pumping every few hours and did warm compresses. Now today, both breasts are engorged and sore. I feel shooting pains in both. And when I pump, it feels like glass coming through my nipples. I am in so much pain. Help!
