HELP! spotting confusion

Af is due today (cycle day 29) I've been spotting for 4 days (pink) only when I wipe about twice each day. I've been cramping on and off those four days but never full on AF cramping like I usually do (abnormal for my cycles) I've been making myself crazy googling info. Anyone have some knowledge? Can implantation be this late? Am estimating am about 13dpo ( based on glow estimate) I would appreciate feedback. Thanks!!!!! ❤️
