Low Papp-A

Hey everyone today I am 14 weeks and 2 days on Friday I got a call from the doctor's office with my first trimester NT scan results. All of the results on the genetic testing were good, but as we were getting off the phone she wanted to "let me know" that my Papp-A levels were low. She said that she usually has this conversation at least two times a week and most women go on to have healthy babies. But she wanted to let me know because there are many mixed findings on what the low levels could potentially mean for the baby and our future (preeclampsia/high blood pressure/miscarriage/stunted growth). She told me not to worry and that I should specifically stay off of google (and let's be honest who can really do that?) apparently there is nothing I can do to help raise the levels and all they recommend is "monitoring" the baby by ultrasound every four weeks. I'm trying to stay calm and positive, being able to see my baby every four weeks sounds like a great potential "side effect." Sorry for rambling on, I was just wondering if anyone out there had any experience with this same/similar situation. There is definitely a lot of mixed results out there, thanks!
