if you have preeclampsia what were your first signs?

I've had a constant headache since friday night and since yesterday I've been having spotty vision. i called l&d and they want me to come in. I'll go but i have to wait for my brother to fix my flat tire. I'm just wondering if anyone has had this at the onset of preeclampsia? last week i was in l&d with high blood pressure 142/87. they let me go after 5 hours when it came down to 130/70 and stayed there for a while. that's still high for me since my bp this whole pregnancy has been between 110/115. I'm sure I'm fine but my cousin got preeclampsia and didn't catch it until it was almost too late. so im kind of having a panic attack over here. im 34 weeks and baby still needs to cook till at least 37 weeks
