faint line??????? PLEASE COMMENT

Stopped taking the pill about 2 months ago and me and my boyfriend have been having up sex for about that time, I've had one normal period in October and should have been on 10/11/16. I did a hpt on the 4th November and a faint line came then disappeared, on the 5th November I started lightly bleeding and having cramps, it got a little heavier and continued for about 3 days. I did a test on the 8th clear blue and it showed a faint positive, I then got another and it said not, now it's been 8 days and I've done another one and it showed a few lines. The pink ones are today's ones. I feel different in myself. Going to test again tomorrow but what do you think?? I'm 22 and this is my first child so I have no idea what I'm looking for. I am also getting loads of grumbling and pain in my stomach, indigestion now and again.
