My coworkers don't know. I avoid social events as much as possible and I barely speak to any of them whe working. I basically avoid anything that might cause a panic attack.

Yes I have this problem. A lot of people also think I am a bitch and stuck up but it's just that I am so socially awkward and very uncomfortable around people. I hate it... I also have to deal with the public which can be challenging because of my social anxiety. I have a hard time making eye contact with people and have conversations. So annoying and frustrating I hate that I am like that.

My coworkers figured it out. I have a very negative workplace to begin with. I actually had people intentionally triggering me. I took myself out of that part of the job. Now I'm working in an office and people are great. I don't think they know over here.

I have severe anxiety and I work with kids with Autism. It actually helps, I learn as I teach them. It's a very beneficial relationship for both client and professional.

I am but I have since got on anti anxiety meds for it and I see a therapist and its helped a lot.

It actually helped me anxiety a lot to be honest :) i worked at my aunts business only one day a week though but it made the difference and my aunt was aware of my personality disorders and what not x
