Okay so i have no clue if I'm on my period or what but I woke up at 3 am with major cramps, and that passed and I went to the bathroom but there was nothing on my underwear or shorts. However when I wiped myself, there was blood. I'm confused cause it's not staining my pad lol. I'm 14 btw
