Contractions??

I'm having pain/pressure off and on in my pelvic area, sometimes it lasts awhile and sometimes it goes away after a few seconds.. also my vagina is kinda cramping too. Are these just Braxton hicks contractions? Or what? I don't know what to expect at all.. ftm and I'm scared. 😭

Are you timing them? If not you should start. Also are they increasing in pain/frequency?

Try drinking a big glass of water and lying down. If that helps, may just be BH. If it continues and increases, could definitely be contractions.

My early labor contractions felt like bad period cramps. Exactly like bad period cramps. They lasted around 40-50 seconds every 5-7 minutes
