help plz.

So, I had sex let's say about a month and a half ago. Well, I had my period about a week later. Well then after my period I ran out of pills and I could get them until a week and a half later and I haven't had sex since that last time before my last period. I still haven't had my period this month so I'm still off the birth control bc my obgyn said start the birth control when I started my period again. I'm 5 days late.... do you think I'm pregnant or do you think me missing the pills delayed my period?
