Has anyone seriously gave nipple stimulation a go?

I've been doing it a bunch! First just with my hands but I'm pretty sure I wasn't doing it right and it was weird lol. So now I use my breast pump for 15 minutes each side, 2-3 times a day. I get contractions but haven't gone into full blown labor yet. I'm 39+1.

I've tried it multiple times. (using a breast pump) It did absolutely nothing for me. I'm a few days over due and I've come to terms my body and child will be ready when they're ready and she'll be worth the wait.

Lol following.. I'm in the same boat. My sister gave me her hand pump yesterday I keep looking at bit on the dresser like hmmm.

It just gives me unbearable Braxton hicks. I use my pump and pump for 15 minutes on one side and then 15 on the other, but after about 10 minutes on one side I start having the WORST Braxton hicks possible, like they take my breath away. Usually after I'm done I just feel like I'm having my period for the next two hours, super crampy and back pain, hurts to even breathe too deep lol I don't think it works to put you into labor honestly, I think it more so is used once you're already having real contractions and you want to try to get them closer together.
