2 invalid tests in a row?

I have taken two dollar tests from wallgreens and the first one looks positive but has a vertical line which shouldnt be there so i took it as invalid and i took another pne which looks positive but at first it had a vertical line through it but it disappered. What are the chances i got two invalid tests in a row?
