Feeling guilty after baby shower

We had our baby shower today and it was really nice! A lot of family and friends came out to celebrate with us and we received a lot of nice things. However now that it's over I'm left feeling really guilty. Did I spend enough time mingling and visiting with all of the guests? Did anyone feel left out? I said a short thank you "speech" at the end, did it sound okay and sincere enough? Plus, I have this guilt over receiving gifts and having people spend their hard-earned money on me. Does anyone else have this guilty feeling after the shower? Why am I up at 3 a.m. worrying about this!!
