I was having some pain at work today & feeling sort of crampy..like period cramps..some people said it's normal my mom said it's not..another nurse at work told me I would definitely know the difference if it were actually contractions..well I decided to tough out the last hour & a half of my shift & walk over to labor & delivery after (thank God I already work at the hospital I'm delivering at) as soon as the nurse hooked me up I was definitely having contractions..they ran a bunch of tests & found out that I had a minor bacterial infection & prescribed me antibiotics & sent me home..but thank God I went in!! I'm only 30 weeks & the contractions were painless I thought they were Braxton hicks!! If you feel like something's up go get it checked especially as a FTM who doesn't even know what contractions feel like since they're different for everyone
