Numbness in left leg and side of belly

Hey I am 19 weeks 2 days, and I am already getting sciatic nerve pain and numbness in my left leg, side and left side of abdomen. It hurts. It starts pretty quickly when I stand up but then stays all day no matter if I'm sitting or standing. Last time I had an ultrasound (17.7 weeks) the doctor said i have an anterior placenta and that the baby is facing my back and the spine towards the outside of my belly. With my past previous pregnancies I didn't get this nerve pain numbness until I was like 30 something weeks. But its beginning this soon with my ribs feeling like they are ripping. Anyone else have experience this stuff this early on?? It sucks and hurts so much it has made me question quitting my job.
