29 weeks and belly button pain. help!

Recently I been having extremely bad belly button pain in and around it and to the point it is making me walk bent over and I tried warm bath and rubbing it for a while and nothing seems to help. I don't know what's wrong but the pain is becoming unbearable. I work 50 hours a week and drive 14 hours back and forth a week for work. Is it just to much work?
