Who has had success breast feeding after a Breast Reduction?

I had a breast reduction about 12 years ago and am currently 32 weeks with my first. When I had the surgery I opted for the way that would give me a better chance of breast feeding but I am not having a lot of luck finding success stories online. My breasts have not changed size since conceiving, nor have I had any leakage or wetness from my nipples. Any stories, good or bad would be appreciated. Thanks :)

Not everyone has a change in their breast or any leaking you never know what'll happen til after baby is born that's when your milk supply starts coming in. Myself I had sore breast for like a few days in my first trimester then nothing around 17 weeks I started leaking but nothing crazy and not for long but after giving birth a few days later I could feel my milk starting to come in and if any pressure was applied to them milk poured out.
