trying to conceive

hey guys , i just got my implant removed october 8th 2016 & had a regular 5 day period on the 11th of that month..  this month (november) i've had unprotected sex and haven't gotten my period it's been a week since i've started trying to conceive and my breast are very tender and i'm gassy .. in starting to think i'm pregnant t simply because i missed my period , is it too early for symptoms?
