Please help!! Need info fast.

Soo..I'm 38 weeks +1 went to sleep with pretty bad headache and nausea...woke up middle of night sweating hot even though its not hot in here..still bad headache throats sore bad nausea and some pretty rough pain through stomach and back that I believe is gas..question is...do I go to real doctor or baby doctor?...I have an apt on Thursday should I wait or go in so I'm not sick when I have the baby?...if I am sick will I still get yo be around baby and breastfeed him?...what if I get put on Medicine will it affect breastfeeding?.
