I started birth control since 2004

I started birth control since 2004. I decided not to get pregnant until I get married. I stop taking the patch last year July 07/2015 but was still using protection. I got engaged in March this year. In Aug my period came on the 10th, the following month in Sept my period came on the 10th. Sept 20th I noted clear white fluids and decided to read about it, that's when i figure out I was ovulating. In October, thats when i decided to start observing my body, tracking my period and start trying to get pregnant. My period suppose to start on the 10th of this Nov but my period never came. I tested with clear blue pregnancy test yesterday Nov 11th it was positive and the dollar test was positive. I'm very excited because I thought it was gonna take me a long time to get pregnant since I been on birth control for many years. I plan on going to the doctor to do another pregnancy test to finalize my pregnancy.
