Over reacting?

So my sister in law and I are both pregnant, and I have invited her to my baby shower but when I asked about hers, her and her mother (my mother in law) told me they new nothing about it, but than the niece showed me her baby shower invitation and I haven't received one so I'm assuming I'm not invited and they don't want me to know about it... I'm a little pissed, am I over reacting?

Honestly that would kind of upset me too. They obviously know about it if invitations are being handed out. Don't worry with it though, just don't buy her anything at all for her baby and don't go to the baby shower since they were rude and didn't invite you. Might be a little harsh but that's what I would do.

I'd un invite her AND your mother in law to yours! Keep it just your family and your friends lol. Fuck that if she can't be bothered to invite me to hers then why should she get to come to mine! Urgh!

I didn't have a hand in anything pertaining to my baby shower. I just knew the date. I reminded everyone I'm close to 2wk-1mon ahead of time. (My cousin planned it) only 1 of my 2 step sisters got their invitation. When I told the sister who didn't get hers she already had plans & couldn't make it.
