cramping at 19w2days

Hey I know this could be a little tmi but I was wondering if anyone else has been having some cramping down in their pelvic area? I've had it for about a week now, it's not excruciating or anything, but it's a dull throbbing almost and if I move a certain way it's a sharp pain. This is my first pregnancy and I'm just not sure what to expect, my next doctors appointment isn't for another few days. Thanks in advance
