what is going on with me? bfp?

Okay, so I haven't had a real period since September 4 and dtd all through my fertile window. I took multipe tests around the time of af and got 2 tests that looked faint like the one pictured. I also took frer brand and clearblue digital tests all came back negative. I did have a few days of light bleeding but it wasnt like my normal period. I even went to the er and they did a urine test and it came back negative. Ive been nauseous on and off most days, vomit every once in a while, my bbs have grown a full cup size and are now darker. Ive been eating alot more than normal and i sleep alot more. I wake up in the middle of the night at the same time every night and get thirsty or have to use the br. This pregnancy test if from today i thought i would try to see if it would show. I think theres a faint line but seeing as i had this before im not sure what to do or think. Let me add if i am pg i would be around 10 weeks i believe?
