Working out postpartum
2 weeks postpartum and during my walk on the track, I did a" trial jog"...literally like a meter...however far that is. Look, moral of ther story is, don't do it sis. Wait your 4-6 weeks (or however long it takes for you to heal). Literally felt like my uterus was about to fall out and my right knee was gonna snap in half. #dobetter #loveyourself
